Steal My Batch Working Process

Steal My Batch Working Process

Want to know how I manage to create content for my business and for my clients?

For a long time, I wasted a ton of time creating content. None of it was planned, it wasn’t intentional and it took me forever to make.

I finally perfected a process that works for me and my clients. I save a ton of time and make content with intention.

Feel free to take my process and tweak it to fit your business.

Day 1: Goals And Brainstorm

All your content should have a purpose. Think about your goals for the month and create around those ideas. Are you trying to grow your email list? Increase your clients? Bring attention to a new service? Whatever it is, write it down and think of ways to achieve these goals. Make a list of the posts, emails, and blog posts you’re going to create.

Day 2: Write, Write, And Write Some More

Okay, I know this isn’t easy and ideally you would hire someone to handle this for you. But if you aren’t ready for that kind of support, take the day to focus and write. All the planning you did should have made this easier. You should have your list of content ready to go. Ideally, you made an outline for every piece of content that needs to be written. Trust me, once you’re in the zone, doing this goes by quickly.

Day 3: Design Day

Time for my favorite part, the designs. Take the day to design your posts, featured images, and email images. Remember to keep everything on brand and intentional. If you make yourself templates, it saves you time and energy the next time around. And saving time helps ease your anxiety so this is a must!

Day 4: Film And Edit

By this time it's pretty clear that videos are a must for your marketing. On the 4th day, I’ll film all my videos in parts, and edit them for reels, tik-toks, and stories. Give yourself plenty of video content to play with during the month. Don’t get me wrong, Instagram stories are in the moment the majority of the time, but some BTS content is nice too.

Day 5: Automation

I’m not a fan of Instagram automation, it never works for me. The things I automate are my blog posts, my Pinterest pins, and my emails. This way I don’t have to worry about anything except Instagram. And since I do daily stories on Instagram, it’s a great reminder for me to be active for a few minutes on Instagram. But automate things how you see fit for yourself! Pro tip: Tailwind is the best automation for Pinterest because it has a lot of features for it.

Taking a week to create a month’s worth of content is totally worth it. I promise it's not as bad as it seems. Give it a try! And if it's not for you, let us do it for you on our retainer.
