Have you ever had your brand done and needed to fill out a long questionnaire? Just to have your brand designer ask you a million more questions? We are guilty of making our clients go through this. We thought having a lot of questions would work best to develop a brand strategy.
Yet, when we asked our clients for feedback this was brought to our attention. Although our questions were intentional, they felt like it was both too long and intense.
It was time for me to think. How can I make this experience better for my clients? While gathering the necessary information I need to develop a quality brand strategy?
Part of our values is to make things easy and clear for our clients. After thinking and adjusting, I decided it was time to throw out our brand questionnaire.
This was my thought process…
In the most simple terms, we use them to collect data. But in reality, sending off a questionnaire to someone has a risk. They might not give you the detailed answers you’re seeking. Combine that with a very long questionnaire, and that person is going to want to get it over with as fast as they can. Not ideal!
Apart from the obvious feedback I kept getting from previous clients, I knew I could do better. There had to be a way to gather all the information I needed without overwhelming my client. I sat down, jotted down my ideas, and before I knew it I had developed it - our brand strategy workshop.
A one-hour, two-day workshop where we go over your brand together. We take a deep dive into your brand, your target audience, your competitors, your goals and so much more. You’ll have the opportunity to review what we covered together and adjust if needed. By the end, you walk away with information about growing your brand, standing out, and marketing to your ideal clients.
Something I want my clients to understand is that this process needs them. You are heavily involved in the development of your brand because you know it best.
The strategies we create are what I’m most proud of [checkout the length of the strategies we’ve made in the past] and with this new brand workshop, they are getting even better.
